The personal information we collect from you is used to enable us to communicate with you for the purposes of keeping you informed about vacancies, continuing education opportunities and other information we believe will be of interest to you.

Your privacy is respected. NZVNA may collect and/or disclose certain limited information to the member’s employer for the purpose of facilitating and managing the invoicing and payment of membership fees where the employer is listed as the payor of membership fees. NZVNA may collect and/or disclose limited information to third parties to facilitate the delivery of listed membership benefits (eg. Gecco/Telus Health/Perks/Kora). 

As a NZVNA member, you are responsible for ensuring that your Personal Data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to:

  • Regularly review the information you have provided to us.
  • Promptly update your Personal Data when necessary.

Our Guarantee
We offer a 100% guarantee on products purchased from our website. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging, together with your receipt and we will replace it for you!

Refund Policy
If your goods arrive damaged or defective please contact us on 0800 868 733 or email membership@nzvna.org.nz and we will arrange to exchange the goods or provide you with a refund

Freight Charges
$7.00 throughout New Zealand.  Delivery is by courier to your door within 3-5 working days wherever possible. You will be advised of any unexpected delays.  Any orders received after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed till Monday morning.   International orders will be worked out on an individual basis.  Please contact membership@nzvna.org.nz for a quote

Back Orders
If, for some reason, the product you request is not in stock, we will advise you by email and give you an estimated date of arrival. If you are not happy with this you have the right to cancel your order

Handling & Shipping
We take every precaution to send your goods out in good condition. They are carefully packed and sent by courier. Please let us know if you have a problem with your goods on delivery

Credit Card Security
Please feel confident that your credit card details are secure. All credit card payments are processed using Direct Payment Solutions. All credit card numbers are encrypted by software when the order is placed using 168bit encryption. They are decrypted after they reach DPS's systems. They are not held on any website and they are not divulged to the organisation.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed you are unable to cancel it.  If you have an issue, please contact us immediately at membership@nzvna.org.nz
