We offer a 100% guarantee on products purchased from our website. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging, together with your receipt and we will replace it for you!
If your goods arrive damaged or defective please contact us on 0800 868 733 or email email@example.com and we will arrange to exchange the goods or provide you with a refund
$7.00 throughout New Zealand. Delivery is by courier to your door within 3-5 working days wherever possible. You will be advised of any unexpected delays. Any orders received after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed till Monday morning. International orders will be worked out on an individual basis. If, for some reason, the product you request is not in stock, we will advise you by email and give you an estimated date of arrival. If you are not happy with this you have the right to cancel your order
Handling & Shipping
We take every precaution to send your goods out in good condition. They are carefully packed and sent by courier. Please let us know if you have a problem with your goods on delivery
Credit Card Security
Please feel confident that your credit card details are secure. All credit card payments are processed using Direct Payment Solutions. All credit card numbers are encrypted by software when the order is placed using 168bit encryption. They are decrypted after they reach DPS's systems. They are not held on any website and they are not divulged to the organisation.
